Holiday Inn Nashville Vanderbilt, an IHG Hotel

Staff were great and very polite and welcoming. Shuttle Bus service was brilliant. They give you the drivers phone number, and you can call to request drop-off /pick up from anywhere in the Shuttle area (which is a decent size). Bed comfortable. Pool OK (though no shower that I could see) Breakfast buffet (weekend only) was pretty good.

Everyone was welcoming and kind. The room was clean and cozy, decent balcony view. Housekeeping staff kind and attentive to our needs. They have live music every night in an adjoining little restaurant and a pool too!

This is more of a hotel versus motel, as such there is no free breakfast as you might expect. That said, they do have both a coffee bar with pastries and a restaurant with the choice of a full buffet or you can order from a menu. The room were very nice and the location was perfect for my needs. A velvet service is available if you desire, but not mandatory. Parking was approximately $25, so again, like a hotel.

This is my go-to Nashville hotel. It's not luxury so don't expect that. I like it because it's affordable but also the location is great. Centennial Park is across the street. I like having a wide open space to walk or go for a run. Downtown Broadway is really congestive. I need to breathe. Also if you can't make it downtown-2 miles to eat. There are really nice restaurants beside this hotel. The shuttle service is great. They take you back and forth to Broadway, and the Gulch and a few other places. Really convenient. Vanderbilt University is adjacent making this a vibrant area. Clean rooms, and a a nice restaurant for dinner and breakfast that is also host to some great acts at night. All in all a comfortable hotel.

The location and the shuttle service was top notch.
